Please be sure to SAVE Frequently and NAME your Layers
Resize all layers to your liking

•Open up New Image Size 600 x 600, flood fill white.

•Open Doodle and paste as a new layer, colorize to match your tube
mine is Hue 125 / Saturation 153, give a Drop Shadow: 1/0/30/3/#217a73
(use a color to match your tube this color is also the same color used to colorize your doodle)

•Open Flower and paste as a new layer, duplicate the flower click back on
original flower - resize at 120 percent, then go to Adjust - Gaussian Blur - 23

•Open up the mask go to layers palette right click - New Mask Layer - From
Image and in the source window find the mask - source luminance checked -
click OK and delete mask layer and go to group layer - merge group.
Duplicate mask layer and on this layer lower the opacity to 30
and on the layers palette go to your Blend Modes and select Dodge.

•Click on duplicate Flower layer take magic wand tolerance 20 / feather 0
hold down the shift key and keep clicking on the diamond but not the metal ring
around the diamond once all selected colorize the same as your doodle.

•Duplicate flower for a total of 3...hide the 2nd and 3rd flower and go to your
original 1st flower take your magic wand tolerance 15 / feather 0
and click on each leaf and select parts of the leaf leaving spaces on the leaf not
selected...refer to mine, and keep selected.
Hide your doodle layer go to Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 3.0 - Swirl
